Located 7 km from Novalja, in the small hamlet of Vidasovi Stani with only a few houses, it is a true feast for the eyes and soul. This beautiful retreat offers a peaceful setting, modern amenities, and various cozy corners for relaxation and spending time with your loved ones, far from the city noise. It provides sea views on one side and mountain views on the other, creating a perfect environment for families, friends, and their pets. Set on 2000 m² of walled land, it ensures complete privacy. Surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants, it is a delight for all senses.
Upon entering the house, the spirit of bygone times is felt immediately. It is furnished with carefully selected antique pieces and features a stone kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. The ground floor includes a fireplace with a bread oven, a dining room, a living room, the main bedroom, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin. The upper floor of this authentic stone villa features an open-concept bedroom in perfect harmony of colors and materials. On one side there is a double bed, while on the other, partly separated by a wall, there is a single bed and a toilet. The room opens onto a balcony with a sea view, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
For complete relaxation with your loved one or friends, there is a heated jacuzzi with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Those longing for a true seaside holiday can take a light 400 m walk through a small forest to the beautiful pebble beach Vidonjica, after which the house was named.
By entering the 200 m² enclosed space with a large open fireplace designed for family and friends’ gatherings and entertainment, you step into a piece of family history that leaves no one indifferent.
